With the future of events not clear at the moment, we want to assure you that you can still plan and book the musicians for your events with the complete FLEXIBILITY, should plans change because of the COVID 19.
For all our bookings, including all booking made before and after March 15 2020, our policy and contract allows you to reschedule the date at any time for free, or exchange your booking deposit for credit towards any future booking should the event circumstances change.
Our deposit for new bookings will also be reduced to Php4,000 (from Php5,000) to help with your cashflow at this uncertain time. This will be in place until July 2020, at which point we will review whether to extend the policy.
If you decide to cancel the booking because of COVID 19, you will receive the full value of the deposit you paid as a direct refund.
